Gosling International is a collaborative effort between Dr Mike and Mrs Karen Gosling. In 1998, based in Singapore, they embarked upon a journey to carry Gosling International's vision to every corner of the world - 100 million GEMS worldwide practising ELP by 2010.

Mike and Karen have co-authored two books, Emotional Leadership. Using emotionally intelligent behaviour to enjoy a life of ease (2004), and the teenage edition, Enjoy a life of EASE (2005). Their new book, The emotionally intelligent leader. How to develop and use your eight key emotional leadership skills, will be available in 2008.

Today the Goslings continue to pursue their vision through their behavioural coaching and professional counseling consultations, live and teleconference seminars on the Science of Emotional Wealth, books, educational programs, and an ever increasing range of info-products to be made available in 2008 through their new membership site, Emotional Wealth Academy.
