Counseling Appointment & Fees

Face-To-Face Counseling is by appointment only at 21A Serangoon Garden Way, Singapore. Home visits are possible at the additional rate of $180 per visit. Alternatively, you may contact us for telephone counseling, email counseling, trauma counseling, or use our employee counseling service. Please note: WebConference Counseling will commence in 2009.

As a client of Gosling International, we will open an account for you and credit your prepaid plan amount. Consultations are charged against the plan balance and invoices mailed to you after each session. Clients are required to complete registration forms at their first appointment.

Goslings DOES NOT offer TIME PAYMENT facilities. Please DO NOT ask for time payment, as a negative response may offend. All fees are prepaid or payable at the time of interview by Cash, NETS, credit card (AMEX, VISA, and MasterCard), or online through WorldPay.
 

Typically, we find that clients with ongoing issues will require 10-15 hours of face-to-face or telephone consultations and will buy either:

  • Prepaid counseling Plan B for S$2,880 (ie, 10Hrs at S$288 per hour or S$240 for a 50 minute session), or
  • Prepaid counseling Plan C for S$3,780 (ie, 15Hrs at S$252 per hour or S$210 for a 50 minute session)

Where clients prefer to pay per session, our Standard Rate is S$360 per hour prorata for time used. Home and hospital visits are charged at an additional S$180 per visit. Alternatively, our Plan A is available at $1,800 (6 Hours @ $300 per hour).

An average consultation is between 60 - 90 minutes. Some clients see us for longer periods. Discuss your preference with your professional CBT counselor.

FEE EXAMPLE : 1Hr 15Mins Consultation

  • $450 - Paying at the Standard Rate (1:15Hrs @ S$360 per hour) will be payable at the consultation by cash, NETS, or credit card (AMEX, VISA, MasterCard).
  • S$375 - Paying with your prepaid counseling Plan A (1:15Hrs @ $300 per hour) will be deducted from your prepaid plan amount of S$1,800 - SAVE $75!
  • S$360 - Paying with your prepaid counseling Plan B (1:15Hrs @ $288 per hour) will be deducted from your prepaid plan amount of S$2,880 - SAVE $90!
  • S$315 - Paying with your prepaid counseling Plan C (1:15Hrs @ $252 per hour) will be deducted from your prepaid plan amount of S$3,780 - SAVE $135!
