The EASEQuadrant® has been prepared
for people actively engaged in, and students wanting to become involved
in, emotional leadership. EASEQuadrant®
will provide you insight into how your emotions work and how to deal
with your own and other peoples' emotions. The skills learned can
be applied in every day life, and particularly to basic business functions
and management practices essential to business success. On completion
of EASEQuadrant®
you will be confident in understanding and working with emotions in
your personal life, family, workplace and community. You will be competent
and confident in planning and operating your business in a competitive
environment to achieve your goals. |

happens if I pay but can't attend? |
|
Cancellations
of registration must be made to Gosling International Pte Ltd in
writing.
If you are unable to attend ...

Registration can be credited to a future workshop or a substitute
participant is welcome to attend in your place. Notification must
be received by us 2 weeks or more before the workshop date.
- You
will receive a full refund less a $250 administrative charge if
cancellation is received in writing 2 weeks or more before the
workshop date.
- No
refund is paid after commencement, No Shows, or cancellations
received less than 2 weeks before the workshop date.

happens if I register, but Goslings cancels
the program? |
| If
Goslings cancels the workshop for any reason you may transfer to a
subsequent workshop or will receive a full refund of your fees paid. |

| When
will eLearning be available? |
| We
anticipate that online course material will be available by January
2007. |

|
|
| Who
will be my instructors? |
| Your
elearning instructors are Karen
and Mike Gosling, professionally qualified and experienced
practitioners. With many years experience in the field and in
academia, they will guide you in the review of course material and
the use of resources, and encourage your participation using email
and telephone consultations. |

| Can
I complete more than one course at a time? |
| Yes,
you can complete more than one courses at once. However, we recommend
you complete the eight courses in order, as each module builds on
the previous one. |

| Is
there a time limit to complete each module? |
| The
live workshop is completed over 2-days and will follow a pre-planned
schedule. There is no time limit for modules taught on the Internet
- Learn at your own time, place, and pace. |

| Can
I audit the modules of my choice? |
| Online
modules can be audited on payment of the course fee. People
who audit modules are required to complete the two online emotional
intelligence tests, but are not required to complete the multiple
choice assessment at the end of each course. No Certificate of Completion
is issued. |

| Will
there be any examinations? |
| There
is no formal examination for the EASEQuadrant®. However, there
are two online emotional intelligence tests in module one and a multiple
choice assessment at the end of each module. |

| Will
I beprovided an award on completion of The

|
A
"Certificate of Completion" will be issued to each person
who completes the EASEQuadrant®
Workshop or the
complete eight modules online, including both the two online emotional
