• December 2004 - Tsunami trauma counseling for guests and staff at the Intercontinental Hotels Group three resorts in Thailand affected by the Asian Tsunamis - Holiday Inn, Phuket; Holiday Inn, Phi Phi Island; and The Crown Plaza Hotel, Karon Beach.
• February 2003 - Trauma counseling for an employee of a MNC in Singapore following the suicide of the employee's maid.
• January 2003 - Conducted trauma counseling sessions for employees of MNC in Singapore following the suicide of a fellow employee.
• February 2002 - CID Presentation and individual follow-up counseling sessions for employees of a MNC in Singapore following the suicide of a fellow employee.
• September 2001 - CID presentation and crisis counseling sessions for employees of a MNC in Singapore following the murder of a fellow worker by her husband.
• September 1999 - CID presentation to employees and family members of a MNC evacuated to Singapore following the earthquake in Taiwan.
• December 1997 - Conducted crisis counseling at Changi Airport in Singapore for relatives of a victim of the Silk Air crash in Indonesia.
• December 1997 - Karen Gosling presented workshops for professionals on crisis counseling as part of NUS Extension, National University of Singapore.
