You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Goslings and its officers from any third party claims, liability, damages and costs from your use of our services or infringement of any intellectual property as well as potential loss of revenue due to any unusual occasion that the site will not be unavailable for limited times.

The content of any communication feedback to this web site, including suggestions and comments, will be treated as confidential and become the property of Goslings.

6  Prices and Payment

Prices quoted are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of taxes, duties, levies, and other similar expenses, and exclusive of freight and handling charges, which are or become due in connection with your order; all these costs shall be added to the listed selling prices of the goods and services and shall be due and payable by you at the time of purchase.  Your payment for services in SGD is irrevocable and non-refundable.  All charges to your credit card using an e-Commerce payment services provider will be in SGD. All goods and services remain the property of Gosling International Pte Ltd until the total amount due has been paid.

7  Shipping

Goslings will use all reasonable commercial efforts to ship your ordered goods and services to your indicated delivery address within five (5) Singapore working days after receipt of your order, subject to the immediate availability of the goods and services and processing time at local customs, where applicable.  Goslings will not be subject to any damages, including direct, indirect, or consequential damages, as a result of its failure to ship within the foregoing timeframes.  If ordered goods and services cannot be delivered for reasons beyond our control, all resulting costs shall be for your account.  Note: Shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. box addresses.

8  Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell goods or supply services.  Goslings reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order and without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity of goods or services you ordered of any item.

By using your credit card to make orders herein, you thereby represent and warrant that you have both full capacity and authority to make the purchase(s) herein.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to refuse to accept or process any order at our sole discretion.

9  Complaints, returns, and refunds

Any complaints shall be made within three (3) days after receipt of the goods or services.  Goslings will refund amounts due in Singapore dollars by cheque or bank draft to the last advised address of the client.  Where payment has been made by credit card, NETS, or cashcard Goslings  reserves the right to credit the respective payment method for your refund due for the purchase price of the returned goods or services, less the payment of return freight cost.

10  Use of goods and services

You represent that you are purchasing goods and services for your own use and not for resale.  We shall not be required to sell or deliver goods or services if it would require a breach of any law, export regulation, contract, agreement, and/or other undertaking.

11  Law

The terms and conditions of this web site and our relationship are governed by Singapore law.  You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Singapore.  The U.N. Convention on International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
